Your file never leaves your computer

This tool runs entirely in your browser. There is no upload endpoint on this page — the PDF library does all of the work locally on your device, the result file is generated in memory, and the download starts from your own machine. Open your browser's network panel and verify: nothing is sent.

FAQ

Image Crop questions, answered

How do I crop?

Drop your image, then drag the crop box to position it. The four corner handles resize it; the box body drags it around. Pick an aspect preset to constrain the shape, or stay on "Free" to crop any rectangle. Click "Crop & download" when you're happy.

Is the output the original resolution?

Yes. The preview is scaled to fit your screen but crop coordinates are stored in the source-pixel space, so a 4000×3000 photo cropped to its centre 2000×1500 region downloads at exactly 2000×1500 — no quality loss from the preview shrink.

What's the difference between Free and the preset aspect ratios?

"Free" lets you drag any rectangle — useful for ad-hoc cropping. The presets (1:1 for Instagram, 16:9 for YouTube thumbnails, etc.) lock the box to a fixed width-to-height ratio so dragging stays proportional.

What output format do I get?

Same as your input. JPG in → JPG out (with default 92% quality). PNG in → PNG out (lossless). WebP in → WebP out.

Is anything uploaded?

No. The crop runs in your browser via the Canvas API. DevTools → Network will confirm — your image never leaves the page.
