Pricing Questions, Answered

Everything you need to know before you order.

Can I pay by invoice or bank transfer?
Most orders are paid online by card through Stripe, which is the fastest way to get started. If you would rather pay by bank transfer, or you need an invoice for a company purchase or a larger project, just get in touch and we will sort it out.
What is your refund policy?
Strategy calls are fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before. Fixed-price work such as audits and website builds can be refunded in full before we start; once work has begun, we refund any portion not yet done, at our reasonable discretion. Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are not refundable once the billing month has started. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Is VAT charged?
No. SEO First Web is not currently VAT registered, so the prices shown are the total amount you pay, there is no VAT added on top.
What is the minimum term on Monthly SEO and the Care Plan?
Monthly SEO has a 3-month minimum term, then rolls on monthly and you can cancel any time with 30 days notice. The Website Care Plan has no minimum term at all: it is rolling monthly, cancel whenever you like with 30 days notice.
Can I upgrade my website later?
Yes. Plenty of clients start with a Starter site and move up to Business as they grow, or add pages and features down the line. We only ever charge for the extra work, never for starting again.
Do I have to take a Care Plan?
No, it is completely optional. Your website is yours once it is built. The Care Plan is simply there if you would like us to handle hosting, updates and maintenance so you do not have to think about it.
