Everything you need to know before you order.

What is included in each website package?
Each package lists what it includes, and every website comes with SEO set up before launch, a working contact form and a design built for phones. Whether hosting and your domain are included in the first year, along with copywriting, images and rounds of changes, is confirmed on your free 15-minute call. Prefer to ask first? How long does it take to build a website?
It depends on the size of the site and how quickly the content comes together. We agree a launch date with you before we start, and work usually begins within 2 to 3 working days of you sending your onboarding answers.
Can I pay by invoice or bank transfer?
Most orders are paid online by card through Stripe, which is the fastest way to get started. If you would rather pay by bank transfer, or you need an invoice for a company purchase or a larger project, just get in touch and we will sort it out.
What is your refund policy?
The free 15-minute call has no charge. Fixed-price work such as audits and website builds can be refunded in full before we start; once work has begun, we refund any portion not yet done, at our reasonable discretion. Monthly SEO plans and the Care Plan are paid in advance, and the fee for a month is not refundable once that month has started. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Is VAT charged?
No. SEO First Web is not currently VAT registered, so the prices shown are the total amount you pay, there is no VAT added on top.
How long are the Monthly SEO plans, and is there a minimum term on the Care Plan?
Monthly SEO is sold as fixed plans, paid upfront: 6 months at £250 a month (£1,500 upfront), 3 months at £300 a month (£900 upfront) or 1 month for £750. Any plan is open to any client, and nothing renews automatically: when a plan ends, you choose to renew or stop. The Website Care Plan has no minimum term at all: it is rolling monthly, cancel whenever you like with 30 days' notice.
Can I upgrade my website later?
Yes. Plenty of clients start with a Starter site and move up to Business as they grow, or add pages and features down the line. We only ever charge for the extra work, never for starting again.
Do I have to take a Care Plan?
No, it is completely optional. Your website is yours once it is built. The Care Plan is simply there if you would like us to handle hosting, updates and maintenance so you do not have to think about it.
